BMW has signed an agreement with GoPro to integrate control of the vehicle in extreme camera. Now, the driver is able to control the camera via a dedicated controller "iDrive BMW". Management will be connected to the iPhone through a special application by Wi-Fi.
Next month will be available to owners of BMW functional issued after 2012 and MINI brand cars function with MINI Connected.
Firstly owners of BMW or MINI, the systems equipped with BMW Apps and MINI Connected, must connect the GoPro camera (+ HERO3 and model) with the iPhone via a special application. iPhone must be connected to the car's USB cable , or a special BMW adapter . After that, the driver has access to the control menu of the camera.
