Obviously, the DoulCi Team are doing their best to run Servers that bypass iCloud Activation lock as soon as they can do it and therefor fulfill their promises.

According to a tweet from AquaXetine, one of the founders of DoulCi Servers that serves to bypass Apple's iCloud activation, the servers are currently off-service and will be available on 14th - 15th of this month.
There still no fix for "No Service" issue at the moment of speaking.
